BREAKING THE SILENCE!

I have not been bloggin in a while and for many reasons. One I guess is because when I get home I am just too damn tired to vent about the days happenings. Another could be because the damn Internet was acting super stupid for the past few weeks. So let me try and catch up yet again. I have forgotten a lot of what happen to me this past damn near month but I will attempt.

1) MUSICAL CHAIRS
OK. Yesterday My boss/mom told us she was moving our chairs around. Now mind you at first we ALL of us thought she was playing until she really starting telling us to pack up our shit. So we all packed up our shit (well some of us did I am packing up my shit today) and we started to move. Now this is to, per boss/mom, and I am sure this is coming from the powers that be meant to shake us up and make us perform better as a team. IF that is what it does, then I am ALL for it. I know I can do better but seriously I am just not focusing enough and I do hope that moving me (which I don't see how it would help and another supervisor voiced that she doesn't either. BUT!!! If it will help us get to the next level of doing better then I am ALL FOR IT!! Some of us aren't happen with our sitting arrangements see Scarlet's Blog. But it is what it is.

2)VAMPIRES?
Almost a month ago I almost beat the living SHIT outta a hmm how do you spell it phlebotomy's who was taking my blood. I have very small veins, and the fact that I am a BIG girl makes the effort of taking my blood a bad experience. However, usually when I tell someone its my right arm, and show them around the spot in which to take it they get it the first try. OOOOHHH NO but not this bitch, she does it not once, but twice, then she goes to the other arm and sticks me three times with each time she moves the needle in my arm searching for a vein. No blood coming out, NONE! Zip. My leg started to shake and I started to tense up and she is still trying to get blood out of a vein that is not there!!! Meanwhile, she is speaking to her fellow vampires and asking them what she should do. One walks over to me and begins look at the back of my hand for a vein. THAT is when my patience ran out and fear kicked in. I am scared to death of needles, I have been like that since I was a little girl and I am still the same way. So as she searched for the butterfly needle, got the cotton and begin wiping my hand. I looked her dead in the eye and told her "You wont be sticking my fucking hand with a needle. if you three cant figure this shit out then get someone who the fuck can". Her eyes got big and frankly I didn't give a shit because I was two minutes from beating her ass senseless. So, they got in a corner begin talking (in Spanish of course) and kept glancing over at me. One walked out and moments later another Vampire came in and begin looking at my arms. I already knew by now my arms would be black and damn blue the next day and I also know they are not suppose to stick you more then once, twice only if they had too so this meant it would be three times. I didn't give a damn they were not taking it from my hand. The back of your hands are the most painful when taking blood and I wasn't having it. She looked at my arms and asked me which one was the one most likely to give blood. I said, "THE RIGHT LIKE I SAIDDDDDDDDDD BEFORE". I didn't realize this bitch had a needle and was getting ready to stick me and I was being EVIL!! EVIL!! So she got the butterfly needle, put it aside, got the cotton ball, pumped the alcohol, I took a deep breath and turned my head as she wiped and then *pinch* I looked down and the blood rushed freely in the small hose into the blood vial. I smiled a little because it wasn't hurting and it was going fast. She smiled in relief and once it was all done we both looked at each other and laughed.
